Are clips included with wicker sectionals to keep my furniture together?
Yes. Sectional clips are included with wicker sectionals only to secure and hold pieces in place.
Are cushions available for outdoor furniture products besides the wicker collections?
At this time, cushions are not available for the Bates, Gracie, Griffith, Sedona or Veranda Collections.
Are replacement parts available outside of the 90 day warranty period?
At this time, replacement parts are available for some products. For availability and pricing please contact our consumer support hotline at 1-800-815-4796. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST.
Are the backs of the indoor furniture products finished?
Yes. The backs of the unit will match the rest of the indoor product.
Are the granite tops for the kitchen islands/carts sealed?

Are the outdoor furniture products water and/or weather proof?
Our outdoor wicker is water and weather resistant, but not water and weather proof. Please do not allow these products to remain wet or submerged for extended periods of time. Please click here to view our Use & Care instructions for additional details.
Are the wicker collections made of real wicker?
No. Real wicker is not very weather resistant, so we use a resin wicker for strength and durability on our wicker collections.
Are touch up pens available for small dings and scratches?
Touch up pens are available for some indoor and outdoor furniture. Please call our consumer support hotline (800-815-4796) between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday to order touch up paint.
Can I cut food directly on the stainless steel, natural wood, granite or butcher block tops?
We highly recommend the use of cutting boards for all of our kitchen islands/carts surfaces.
Can I get samples of the cushion covers or wicker material?
At this time, cushion and wicker samples are not available.
Can I get samples of the wood color for indoor furniture?
Yes. Please call our consumer support hotline between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday at 800-815-4796. We require that postage be covered for any wood samples.
Can I place hot pots/pans right out of the oven or off the stove top directly onto the stainless steel, natural wood, granite or butcher block tops?
We highly recommend the use of protective pads or trivets when placing hot pots/pans on any of our kitchen island/cart surfaces.
Can I purchase a replacement stainless steel, natural wood or granite top?
Replacement tops are currently available for purchase. However, we will replace the tops within the first 90 days if there is a defect or shipping damage. Can I purchase extra cushions?

Can I use power tools during assembly?
We do not recommend using power tools for assembly as it is easy to over-tighten hardware and damage the furniture.
Can someone come out to my house to assemble the furniture?
At this time we do not offer assembly services with the purchase of our furniture. The warranty also does not cover any costs accumulated for using assembly services. Please note all of our furniture will require at least some assembly.
Can your beds accommodate adjustable bed frames?
The Headboard alone has slots designed to accommodate pre-owned frames for Full, California King, Queen and King Size.
Can your products be used commercially?
No. Crosley furniture products are not rated for commercial use and the warranty will not apply towards commercially used products.
Do I have to follow the assembly manual exactly as printed, or can I skip/modify certain steps?
Failure to assemble our products properly as detailed in the instruction manuals may result in compromised integrity of the units, and potential damage/injury to you and your property. Do not modify or deviate from the printed assembly instructions.
Do the products come assembled?
No. All of our furniture products will require at least some assembly.
Do the products have a warranty?
All of our furniture products have a 90 day limited warranty.
Do you offer covers for outdoor furniture?
At this time, we have covers available for most arm chairs, loveseats, and coffee tables. For information on availability and pricing please contact our consumer support hotline at 1-800-815-4796. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST.
Do your beds have a weight limit?
For specific weight capacity, please contact our consumer support hotline. Please take note there are outside forces such as temperature, humidity, uses of the bed etc. that can affect the structural integrity of the bed apart from just weight. Do your beds require box springs?
Most of our beds require box springs. Our beds are compatible with universal and standard bed frames, box springs and mattresses. How do I care for and clean these products?

How long does assembly typically take?
Two people working together can usually assemble most products in approximately two hours.
I can’t find part [A] for my full size kitchen island/cart or part [C] for the compact kitchen island/cart. Where do I get a replacement?
Part [A] for a full-size island is in a separate box and will be stainless steel, natural wood, or granite. Part [C] for a compact kitchen island is also in a separate box and will be stainless steel, natural wood or granite.
I have to pay to dispose a damaged part, will you cover those costs?
No. The disposal of any part is the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover any costs for the disposal of parts.
Is there a recommended box spring height for your beds?
No. Our beds are compatible with universal and standard box springs. For information on compatibility please contact our consumer support hotline at 1-800-815-4796. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST.
My indoor furniture keeps coming apart during assembly. What can I do to fix this?
This usually indicates the cam locks are not fastened properly. Please make sure all cam locks have been rotated the full 180°. It may be necessary to back out the cam bolt 1-3 turns to properly engage the cam lock.
Should I protect or cover my outdoor furniture products when not in use?
We recommend securing cushions and keeping furniture products away from any inclement weather. We also recommend bringing these products out of the elements during cold and rainy seasons. Please click here to view our Use & Care instructions for additional details.
Should I use glue when assembling these units?
We do not recommend using glue unless the assembly instructions specifically call for it.
What are the care instructions for the cushions and cushion covers?
We recommend securing cushions during inclement weather, and to make sure cushions and covers are separated to dry if they become wet. Most cushion covers are removable and machine washable and the poly-foam core can be rung out and air-dried within a few hours. What are the cushions and cushion covers made of?
Cushions are made of a polyester cover with foam inside. The cushion covers are made from a weather-resistant polyester blend.
What are the frames for the wicker collections made of?
The frames of our wicker products are made from a steel alloy.
What are the indoor furniture products made of?
Our indoor furniture is made of engineered wood with a hardwood veneer. Some of the smaller parts will be made of solid hardwood, and the hardware is a combination of steel alloy, wood and plastic.
What are the outdoor furniture products made of?
Our outdoor products are made of steel alloys (Bates, Gracie, Griffith, and Veranda Collections), cast aluminum (Sedona and Portofino Collections), and resin wicker (Beaufort, Biscayne, Bradenton, Catalina, Kaplan, Kiawah, Palm Harbor, St Augustine Collections and more).

What do I do if the outdoor cushions get wet?

What is the natural wood top for the kitchen islands/carts made of?
The natural wood top is constructed of hardwood pieces assembled together into a solid piece.
What is the weight limit of your furniture products?
Indoor and outdoor chairs are all rated to 250 lbs per seat, and we recommend only sitting on the seat portion of any product. What tools are needed to assemble these products?
A Phillips screwdriver is not provided, but necessary for most furniture products. All other necessary tools will be provided within the hardware kit.
Where can I find the feet/legs for my indoor furniture products?
The feet are shipped separately, so please look for them in a smaller package, about the size of a shoebox.
Where can I get damaged, defective or missing parts replaced?
